from the last 2-3 year a while solid mass comes out of my mouth . some times when i sees in mirrow its shows that something stick upper back of the mouth near tonsil . when i act of cough sometimes it comes out of mouth. then again after 2-6 days it seem there only. i get some problem in swallowing some food, i have to take water to swallow. now a days septum become too viscous with slightly sour taste when i spit. what to do
