Movement In Abdomen Area, Felt Pulling In Vaginal Canal. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Have Tubes Tied. Chance Of Pregnancy?

I took a urine and blood pregnancy test both were negative. My tubes were tied in 2004. I can feel movement in my abdomen area & that area feels like I'm pregnant. I only feel movement when I'm still. Last night I felt pulling in my vaginal canal. My last cycle I bled one day & spotted one day. Could I still be pregnant?

Hi, thanks for calling Health care magic forum.
It appears that you are in tension of the getting pregnant. The condition appears to be the pseudo cyasis means false pregnancy, caused by the anxiety, tension, etc. Other causes could be the anemia , infection, fibroid, or P.C.O.S.
As you are already operated, and tests negative, pregnancy is not possible.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I advise you to take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts ,and protein rich foods.
