Mri Brain Of 12y/o Theres Is No Focal Brain Parenchymal

Mri brain of 12y/o
Theres is no focal brain parenchymal signal abnormality.no evidence of acute parenchymal hemorrhage, edema, mass or midline shift is seen. The brainstem and cerebellar hemispheres are normal. Incidentally seen is a focal cerebrospinal fluid collection within the posterior fossa, either representing a small retrocerebellar arachnoid cyst or a mega cisterna magna. This is of no clinical consequence. Normal signal void is seen within the major intracranial vasculature. The ventricles demonstrate no evidence of hydrocephalus. Following intravenous contrast administration,no abnormal parenchymal or leptomeningeal contrast enhancement is seen. The orbits are normal. There is a retension cyst within the left maxillary antrum. Incidentally seen is a small(approx.3mm)inconsequential pineal region cyst.
