Mucus Filled With Throat, Irritated, Feels Stagnated In Throat And Nose. What Is The Solution?

my throat always remain filled with mucus .it remains sticky.i have to blow nose in the morning time to drain it out everyday.insted of it it remain chocked in my throat.i am irritated from this from last two years.please help me. as soom i eat something mucus becomes to stagnate in nose and throat.am helpless.no solution uptil now.i want to die

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Root cause of your disease (discomfort) is allergy.
Due to this allergy ( allergens are many types) ,there is formation of mucus in airway.
This mucus plug in throat or behind the nose.
Behind the nose, mucus is called as post nasal discharge (drip).
This is very irritating and troublesome.
Only option is to consult a allergy specialist and get treatment.
Antihistamine for long time and regular use will give you relief.
Avoidance are ,
tree pollen,
weed pollen,
grass pollen,
cat and dog dander,
dust,
mite ,
cockroach,
fumes,
air pollutants,
change in temperature and humidity.
