Mucus In Ears And Nose, Anxiety Issues, Gas, Septum Deviation. What Is Wrong?
I have this mucus plugged like in my right ear and nose always... I had some anxiety issue 15 years ago and since then started all these issues. Different doctors opine differently. Some say it is gas, some septum deviation, some psychological, but whatever it may be I am not living my happy or peaceful life, how to sort out this issue once for all, please advise...

you are writing the diagnoses of others and not your complaints.
If you have nasal obstruction then you must get yourself examined for septal deviation or nasal polyps---if they are there then surgical management is the right thing.
or else you can start of on nasal sprays .
ear complaints could be because of nasal disease.
you can take ---
Tab. Mucinac 600 once daily
Tab. Ebastine/Loratidine +Phenylephereine /pseudoephedrine twice daily
Multivitamin
Xylometazoline nose drops 2 drops both nostril 2 times a day for 5 days only
Physiomer normal saline nasal spray 2 puffs both nostril 2 times a day
follow up after 5 days. and also write in details how you feel or what are you complaints like nasal blockage,discharge,itching in nose,hearing own voice loudly ,decreased hearing etc.
then further management can be planned.
