Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Upper RespiratoryTract Infection.
Bodyache with sweats and chills can be due to associated fever.

You should get yourself clinically examined and get the following investigations done to confirm the diagnosis :-
1. Throat swab culture.
2. Complete Blood Count(CBC).
3. Liver Function Test(LFT).
4. Sputum examination.
5. Urine examination.

You should check for your temperature. You can take Paracetamol 500 mg for bodyache and fever.
Antihistaminic along with decongestant can be added if clinical examination shows congestion in the throat. Antibiotic, if needed, can be started according to the reports of your investigations.
Any medicine to be taken under medical supervision only.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
