Muffling In Right Ear When Hearing Loud Noises, When Jaw Is Open. Bottom Right Wisdom Tooth Halfway In. No Help From Claritin D. Connection?

When I hear loud noises, and even when people talk kinda loud, my right ear goes almost muffled.. like someone crumbling paper in my ear. I'v been to the hospital, and they told me to try Claritin D and i'v been on it for a few days and I see no progress. I'v noticed my wisdom tooth on my bottom right is like halfway in.. could this cause the muffling in my ear when I hear something loud? I'v also noticed that it only happens when my jaw is open.
