My 10 Month Son Has A Purple Looking Blister On

My 10 month son has a purple looking blister on the inside of his bottom lip. I notice the bump 2 days ago & just thought it was a skin tag. I notice it again today & now it's purple. It doesn't seem to bother him. I would just like to know if I need to be concerned.
