My 11 Year Old Daughter Told Me That When She

My 11 year old daughter told me that when she went to the bathroom earlier & wiped that she saw a small worm looking thing on the toilet paper. She inspected her vaginal a bit because she was freaked out & said she saw a few tiny things that she thought may be worm eggs. She was so embarrassed that she didn't tell me right away before she flushed what she had found. Is it possible that she contracted some sort of parasite & if so, what do you think it could be?
