My 11 Year Old Has Non-itchy Flesh Colored Bumps In

My 11 year old has non-itchy flesh colored bumps in the crook of her elbow. It started out as one or two very small bumps, but they have been spreading of late. They are super small - sort of look like it could be warts or in the warts family as they are flesh colored raised bumps but they are very small. Any idea what this could be? She does suffer from eczema.

I have an appt. with her doctor for 3 weeks from now. Is that too long to wait to have her seen?
