My 12 Year Old Boy, Very Healthy Has A Couple

My 12 year old boy, very healthy has a couple of tiny pimples on his penis. He says its itchy, and I wonder if some powder and some washes with fungi soap can help. He is circumsicied . Minor irritation but after a week of sports he gets it, ( tennis in courts) what can I give him to keep the area clean and dry through out the day?
