My 14 Year Old Son Has Been Extremely Tired All

My 14 year old son has been extremely tired all the time, has extremely smelly and frequent bowel movements, pain in lower abdomen, and a pimply rash on his arms and stomach. He has been struggling with all these symptoms since school started the first of August. He was treated for a sinus infection but the rest of the symptoms remain.
