My 19-year-old Daughter Has Been Running Fevers Around 100.5 On

My 19-year-old daughter has been running fevers around 100.5 on and off for the past five days. She is out of town right now for a few days but told me she has a HUGE (her words) bump in her neck about an inch below her earlobe. Also complains of feeling puny. States her chest has been hurting and "is really tight near my diaphragm." Occasional dry cough. Hurts in her throat to swallow. Her chest hurts when she takes deep breaths or stands tall. Trying to decide if she needs to seek treatment, and if so, can it wait until she gets home Friday.
