My 19 Year Old Daughter Seems To Be Suffering From

My 19 year old daughter seems to be suffering from pilonidal cyst/sinus and doctors here in canada have prescribed antibiotics for 7 days. It has been 3 das already and no relief. One of my frien in India who happens to be a homeopathic doctor prescribed Hepar Sulph ( 3 doses) which she has done. I notices a small hole on the cyst today. Should I take her to an emergency for an incision or is it healing? please help she is in lot of pain
