My 19 Year Old Son Has Migraines Some Time. They

My 19 year old son has migraines some time. they normally make him vomit and then he feels better. Yesterday, he had one and he vomited as usual but this time he did not feel better. His left arm went numb and then his tong went numb. He also said he felt very hot. He kept drinking water to try to cool off. He came home a laid in a recliner and went to sleep. My oldest son said he was talking and not making since. Dustin said is was because he had just dosed off. I am very worried. What are your thoughts and is it a neurologist he needs to go see?
