My 2 Year Old Fell In The Water Earlier. I'm

My 2 year old fell in the water earlier. I'm not sure how long he was in there I only glanced away and when I look back he was in the water I quickly took him out he only cough once but was mainly scared about falling in the water. Minutes later he began to get sleepy. I wanna know is there any chances water entered his lungs ?? I'm really worried right now as he is asleep idk what to do
