What Causes Bright Red Clots In My Child S Stool, Along With Discomfort And A Feeling Of Incomplete Bowel Movement?

My 20 year old son is having bright red clots in the toilet while passing stool. He said earlier it looked like a white liquid was around his stool. He feels some discomfort while sitting amd said he has felt like he isn t finished going to the bathroom.
