My 21yrold Son Has Noticed A Lump Or Bone Growth

My 21yrold son has noticed a lump or bone growth on top of his head that wasnt there 6months ago. He has body dismorphic dissorder so he sees this as an imperfection need help wat do u suggest. He says could be from a tumor pushing through skull or a sinus thing from pressure. Is becoming an obsessive issue and he wants to smash his head in to make it go away help me please ☺
