My 38 Year Old Daughter Has Bruises On Her Arms

My 38 year old daughter has bruises on her arms and maybe other parts of body. On new RA Medication, has been on long term prednisone. Has other health issues, recently lost a lot of weight, takes prescription diet pills, drastic personality changes, VERY ANGRY at all of family that cares for her, no longer speaks to us, but does continue to work as pharmacy technician. She has two children ages 10 & 13. Will not seek help or listen to us.
