My 4 Year Old Has Had A Running Nose And

My 4 year old has had a running nose and heavy cough for the past four days. The cough is very heavy at night. And specially bad last night. He only had a slight fever last night so I gave him Pando syrup. I have been giving him cough syrup and Rinex for the past 4 days. Is there something else I can give. Specially at night as the blocked nose and cough gets really hectic.
