My 7 Years Old Son Has A Lump Below The Ear

my son is 7 yrs old had some ear infection three months ago and now after that got some hard lumph below his ear, doctor said it is lymph nodes and will take some time to recover. they also gave some high dose anti-biotic but still the lumph remains there

It takes longer time to clear. If there are lymph nodes in other region too, then a blood test and further tests are recommended.
