My blood pressure is of 103/62 and my heart rate is of 100. Is this normal? I'm a female, 26 years old.

Blood pressure is a bit on the lower side and hence your heart is beating fast I guess. It is quite normal. Hope you do not have any other heart related issue. Because in that case, multiple things will have to be weighed and then come to a conclusion.
