My Daughter Has Crupe, Should I Take Her To The ER To Get Rechecked ?

I took my 3 month old little girl to the doctors 3 days ago. Found out she has crupe. Well she still has a bad cough and doesn't sleep all that well. She has been on antibiotics since I took her there. Should I take her to the ER to get rechecked?
