My Heart Quit Beating, Kindly Help Me

Yesterday, while watching TV, my chest just felt void. I felt like my heart stopped, and I couldn't pick up a pulse right away. Then after a little bit I felt a weak fast pulse, it then picked up and was banging in my chest till I calmed down. What happend!? Am I okay?

Hey nothing of that sort happens. It is just a common thing found in acute attacks of anxiety, or just say panic attacks. For saferhand, do consult your doc.
