My SGPT Is 153 ,SGOT Is 142

Hi I recently did my Liver function test and found that my SGPT is 153 and SGOT is 142. There is a pain below left side of the rib cage.

Elevated SGOT and SGPT happens from liver injury. The reason could be: Hepatitis, Alcohol liver disease. I will recommend complete Hepatitis Profile and Ultrasound of Liver.
