My Son Is 5 And Has Had A Fever Between

My Son is 5 and has had a fever between 100 and 101.5 for the last 2 days. It broke this morning, and a few hours ago went back up to 99.2, we gave him some Tylenol and a warm bath, let him play for about 30 minutes in the tub and waited for about 30 minutes after his bath and took his temp again, its now 100.7. He has lost his appetite. When you look at him you can see he is not feeling well. He has a deep phlegmy cough and is complaining of a headache and a stomach ache but is not vomiting.
