Hi.. Normal sperm count can range between 20 million to 100 million sperms per ml of semen.. The average count is 60 million.. The other parameters of the sperm analysis and a few test on your your partner and their reports have to analysed too, to know the reason for infertility..

Infertility is a couple?s inability to conceive a child after 12 months of unprotected sex. If your wife is not able to conceive it is better you consult a good infertility specialist and get his advise.
