My Allergist Started Me On Cleocin Last Thursday For A

My allergist started me on cleocin last Thursday for a sinus infection. Since then, actually beginning on Saturday, I am so much worse and am not getting any better. Should I just give it a few more days before going back to him or my medical doctor?
