I am on hctz 25mg once a day. my blood pressure has been elevating some lately, but right now it is 154/101 should I take another 25mg of hctz

Your blood pressure is not controlled at the moment. If it is elevated for 3 days consecutivley, that means you may need more medicines. So see your physician and let him decide the dose. It is not advised to modify or take medicines without your doctors advice.
