My Blood Pressure Is Fluctuating And I Am Having Some Breathing Problem
I im 44 yrs old next week i normally have high blood pressure, but today it has been fluctuating between 97/50 and 105/55 i also have a harder time breathing and my extremities have pins and needles

In a hypertensive patient when he has a breathing difficulty with lower than usual Bp one should always think of chf, particularly left heart failure.
Please go to the ER and get an urgent chest x ray and pro bnp done.
