My Blood Pressure Is Normally High, Even With Meds; But

My blood pressure is normally high, even with meds; but a few days ago it bottomed out to 0. I was out for about 8 minutes and woke up to ER and a trip to emergengy room. They said it had bottomed out. This is the 9th time. They said I needed a neurologist. I am waiting for my insurance to kick I, but am still feeling like its dropped again. I,ve been on Irbesartan 300 and Lisinopril. Need a second opinion. I will have to go thru a primary Dr. first. I go to a pain management specialist; they also prescribe my blood pressure meds. My insurance starts June 1st. Too many obstacles in OBama Care. Need advice.
