My Boyfriend Gets A Bad Reaction Every Time We Have

My boyfriend gets a bad reaction every time we have intercourse. He will start itching in this inner thighs close to his groin area, arm pits & throat. His doctor has given him antibiotics & the itching stops plus we refrain from any activity while he take the meds. I've been to many doctors, all have given me a clean bill of health, I don't have any std's or issues. We've been together for 3 yrs but this has taken a toll on his health & our relationship. I think he is allergic to me. If so, what can he do & is it treatable? What doctor should he see & questions to ask?
