My Brother Had Heart Attack Due To A Blockage In

My brother had heart attack due to a blockage in two valves they did a cardiac cath procedure immediately and was able to remove the blockages . He is being cooled and vitals are good. He is being treated with blood thinners. What is concerning us right now is that he is bleeding pretty steadily out of the mouth ? He so far has had 1 pint of blood why is he bleeding out of the mouth? It seems the doctors are not telling us something.
