My Brother In Laws Report Indicates Adult Polycystic Kidneys...no Normal

My brother in laws report indicates Adult Polycystic kidneys...no normal renal peranchylm identified..corticomedullary diffrentiation is lost.. size of the cyst in right kidney is 71x 55mm and left size 50x48mm...no obvious hydronephrosis.portal vein is normal for liver but has hepatic cysts. is his liver going to fail????does he need kidney transplant???? what shld be done.. olz explain.. what size a cyst shld be of?? is the cyst tooo big??
