My Brother Who Is 52, And Is On Heart Medication,

My brother who is 52, and is on heart medication, and several other medications for his congestive heart failure, has taken more of his Xanax than prescribed. He has shaken in his hands, very unsteady, speaking is slurred, and keeps falling asleep. I checked his blood pressure, and it was 82/33 heart rate was 92. He suffers with high blood pressure, and takes medication for that as well. Should I be concerned?
