Here's where you need to be: Your Total Cholestrol should be between 125-200...
Your HDL needs to be greater than or equal to 40.
Your Cholestrol HDL/Ratio should be lower than 5.0
Your Triglycerides should be under 150
Your LDL should be under 130
That's pretty good for one month of exercise and diet control.
There are lots of food out there which can lower your cholestrol, without pills. Things like: Apples, Blueberries, Cinnamon, (I add cinnamon to my pancake batter!) Salmon,
Smart Balance Butter, Oatmeal, Kidney Beans, Brussel Sprouts, Pears, Prunes.Walnuts, and Almonds, soybeans,
Cherrios...grape juice, and more.
