My Dad Has High BP, What Can We Do To Help Him ?

is it really serious ? my dad just measured his BP and it was 178 and 120. I think it s pretty high. What can we do to help him ?

If his blood pressure is that high medication is the only immediate solution. He needs to be seen in the ER, after that, a follow up with his regular Dr will guide him in continuing medication, diet, exercise, stress reduction, etc.
