My Dad Is 95 He Was Diagnosed With Thrombocytopenia, Myelodysplastic

My dad is 95 he was diagnosed with Thrombocytopenia, myelodysplastic syndrome and ITP about 6 months ago he was admitted to hospital with a platelet count of 5, 2 month ago, now improved to 75 then got pneumonia but recovered after intravenous antibiotics. presently medically fit for discharge from hospital. what sort of prognosis does he have I need to know to decide the best way to care for his future. I feel at 95 he can't have long but no one is prepared to be frank about it.
