My Daughter 6 Yrs Old Having Wheezing Since Last 4

My daughter 6 yrs old having wheezing since last 4 weeks. Consulted local doctors and use Ventolin but no improvement so far.
From last night she is also suffering from tooth ache and fever 38.8 Deg C
doctors prescribed following medicine:
1. Clarithromycin 3 ml 2 times a day
2. Turbulatine : 3 ml 3 times day
3. Dexamethasone 3 ml 2 times a day
4. Combination of ( Triplodine + Pseudophedrine+dexomethopran) 2 ml 2 times a dya.

I need to know whether Clarithromycin can be treat both URTI and Tooth infection
