my daughter hit her head on the monkey bars at school came home with a headache ...now she is throwing up dose this have anything to do with hitting her head

she is throwing up more then three times is she going to be alright ....answer please someone ...do i have to take her to check if she has a conncusion

hoe u took her with head injury u should never throw up this is one sign of a concussion.
