My Daughter Has A Rash That Started About 3 Days

My daughter has a rash that started about 3 days ago at her feet. It has now moved up and is covering her stomach, both legs, vagina, and buttocks. There are no other complaints from her except that it itches. Not sure what this could be but I don't feel it is an emergency since she has no other symptoms beside bumps and itching. Any thoughts?
