My Daughter Has Been Having Pain Under Her Breast Bone.

My daughter has been having pain under her breast bone. She is bleching and passing gas a lot, and whe she breathes in hard there is a sharp pain. SHe ate a lot of fiber this morning (oatmeal, greek yogurt, coffee, and had fiber gummies). Can gas make you have sharp pains. She did take some antacid and tums and said the pain is going away, but there is still some discomfort. She did eat lunch and dinner. Could this just be gas.
