my daughter has what appears to be scabs in the inner part of her eart but not in the canal. they don't itch but she does pick at them

scabs in the inner part of the ear . If she is picking at it then it does mean it is itching right. or it could be happening only at certain times. One more thing is a foreign body insertion which is very common among children.
