My Daughter Has Experienced 2 Episodes Within The Past Week

My daughter has experienced 2 episodes within the past week of feeling like she is going to pass out. Her symptoms are; dizziness, sweats, her heart pounds and her hands shake. Others report that she is pale and her right eye iris dialates while her left iris remains normal size. After this happens, she gets a headache. She has been seen at urgent care twice with no answers. Blood work has been good. Blood pressure was 148/88 with a pulse rate of 92. Looking for answers or suggestions on where we go from here. Thank you
