My Daughter Is 35. For Three Weeks She Has Had

My daughter is 35. For three weeks she has had diarrhea and nausea. She has a history od anxiety and has also suffered from these attacts recently. She takes Zoloft. Her Dr has added Adavan for anxiety. She went to the emergency room where she was administered iv and phenergan. Suggested she see a gastroenterologist to check for gall bladder problems. Could that be the problem. Ultra sound at emergency did not show anything specific. She has not had anxiety in over 10 yrs, but this is almost out of control. Feels no one is taking her seriously. She is truly a very sick lady. What else to look for?
