My Daughter Is Getting A Rash, Please Help

My daughter of 4 years is getting a rash all over her body they a very tiny on her face you can see the bumps but they are not red and had a slight fever a couple days before the rash showed up

even my kid also had the same problem it is due to blocakage of the sweat glands itseems. it will open up and in course of time it will vanish.
