My Daughter Just Turned 2 Years Old And She Has

My daughter just turned 2 years old and she has had a fever for 3 days, swollen gums, and runny nose. I've been alternating between Tylenol and Ibuprofen which brings her fever down but then it spikes right back up when the medicine wears off. Should I take her in?
