Could My Daughter S Fainting, Pale Face, And Blue Lips During A Hair Dye Session Be Caused By The Dye Or Brushing?

My daughter was getting her hair dyed and while in restroom with mom she stated she felt dizzy and she just fainted. Stated she couldn’t see anything all was black. She had a pale look on her face and lips were blue. Is this a cause from the dye or mom brushing her hair and should I take her in to dr asap
