My diastolic pressure is currently running in the 80,'s. The systolic is normal. I recently fell and hurt my back on the left side. Upper back under my shoulder blade. Took Aleve. Think my ribs are bruised. Did Aleve cause this? Have been on Lisinopril for several years. has been keeping the blood pressure in check until this week when I fell. Should I be worried?
