My Doctor Has Me On 0.5 MG Of Pramipexole For

My doctor has me on 0.5 MG of Pramipexole for my restless leg. It is not working so wants me to start using Neupro (Rotigotine Transdermal System) because it will work for 24 hours where I am being told the Pramipexole is only good for 8 hours. What if I take Pramipexole more than once a day, will this help? The Neupro is very, very costly with about over $500 for 30 patches.
